Depending on site office CM & BU
Too many politics going on between BU & Site colleagues during my tenure here and depending on sites you are stationed. If have no strong backup from GM either parties will have to transfer.Resignation 2 months notice for perm staff in most properties firm.Before confirmation 1 month.Too many project less manpower to site.

No career progressment
The boss dont understand or know exactly your workload and what you do. And they just expect you to OT for nothing. Thats why there is no career progressment and appraisal is just a formality to do every year.

Slow and relax.
5 years with the company learn nothing much.. Not even offer to send for courses. The salary also to low for technician. Every years will be new manager join in the company.. Not much experience in the buildings.
