Wonderful time spent with devs and project managers
Developer Intern (Former Employee) - Singapore - August 25, 2023
A very friendly and team-based atmosphere. Special thanks to my supervisor who was with me through the thick and thin of critical issues, gradually increasing my responsibilities and providing me with learning opportunities.

Be prepared to work long hours
Senior Audit Associate (Current Employee) - Singapore - July 17, 2023
Good place for starting your career as a fresh graduate and you generally work with people within the same age group but the long hours grind you down.

Broad Perspective
Audit Associate (Current Employee) - Singapore - June 15, 2023
Really depends on team, tough periods during peak period. Other than that rather chill and nice place to work in. Pay sucks though, partners are unwilling to improve pay and give bonus that incentivizes people to stay. Study leave benefits are the best among the big 4 with 10 days. Also 10% higher pay upon completion of CA.

No work life balance
Senior Audit Associate (Former Employee) - Singapore - June 1, 2023
There is no work life balance if that's what you are looking for. During peak hours, you can work like a dog. Good part is that culture is young and there are always loads of free food from partners

Fast paced high pressure
Audit Associate (Current Employee) - Central Singapore - May 14, 2023
The learning curve is really steep here, need to be very determined to learn new things or have a clear goal what to achieve from your job, or you will lost your direction pretty quick and doubted what you really want to work for. There are great people and of course there are toxic people, it really depends on your luck whether you can meet and work with the great people. Working with great people really makes job less boring but if unfortunately working with toxic colleagues, you might want to quit.

Toxic management
Assistant Manager (Current Employee) - Singapore - January 14, 2023
Management do not value your work and opinion at all. Pay was also below average, even when compared against other Big 4. Management also do not care about providing value to the clients at all, instead they only only focus on completing the engagement and move on with the next one (for more profit obviously), without any effort to understand the pain points faced by the clients.
Pros
None
Cons
Long hours, toxic political environment

Worst firm to be
Senior Associate (Former Employee) - Singapore - January 12, 2023
It can be in the big 4 but certainly most of the managers and directors are putting inhumane pressure on the subordinates. You can earn money and spend it on medicines
Pros
Big shot clients, good office view, free food
Cons
long hours, no support, people will throw you under the bus

Poor management
Biased and poor management. Not a lot of opportunities available. The department is so old school. They dont invest to new technology. No work life balance

Can be productive & fun workplace
Department Secretary (Former Employee) - Singapore - September 22, 2022
Pros: Can be very fun workplace & nice benefits like having the signature lounge and charity activities where everyone joins in the fun as a family team. I was here before the covid 19 periods started in 2020. Nice colleagues. Cons: It depends on which division you at the smaller the better to handle, if your head of department and senior supports is important.

People are nice, Pay is slightly above market
Audit Intern (Former Employee) - Singapore - September 4, 2022
Best Big4 if you ask me, people are nice and helpful. Fun environment, most number of study leaves amongst the Big 4s for certification stuff. HR is proactive as well
