Productive, competitive but with great benefits
Its a very competitive and thriving culture. The hours can be very challenging especially in tax and audit positions however you have many benefits such as flexibility to work from home as long as it fits the business model you are working in. They offer great medical and dental plans and you can contribute to a 401(k) which is great for your future.

Good employer
I have enjoyed my time working at KPMG for the most part. The hours are long but the benefits are pretty decent. Working for a Big Four firm can be challenging and it requires perseverance to move up the ladder.
