Been supporative to my development as I progress. The working hours was comparable as per other firm in the same line. At least, I was able to have flexible hours due to my schedule, when I discussed my situation with my superior.

Long working hours, bad culture, boss doesn't really trust the employee and keep changing his mind, bad management, what the interviewer (the boss) told during the interview are exactly opposite of the actual working environment and style (seems like he told different story to different candidates).A place to learn and join consulting firm for fresh graduates if you are a workaholic and really keen to join the industry and don't have other job offer.
