It’s an inclusive place

It’s a multicultural company and they help you grow and give you all the support you need, and they take every suggestions and inputs from their employees seriously. I like the company’s culture, however work can be overwhelming when you an IT.

Horrific culture

Promotions are not based on value or performance but rather type a personality. Management will shun you if they do not agree with your way of thinking.

Amazing work force, productivity, growth and fun working place

Great company ever! We were the pioneer of L'Oreal Kenya and we had the best HR, my boss was more of a mentor/ coach to to me. I got exposure to new experiences like visiting the Ambassador of France's residence.

Un poco monótono ya que hay que estar en el mismo puesto de trabajo todo el día, tienes suerte si te pasan algún asiento sino tus pies sufrirán las consecuencias.

Environnement ennuyantInconsidération de l'employé par la haute direction.Travail de soir et de nuit obligatoire pour les premières années de services.Certains employés sont encore temporaires après plus de dix années de service.Il n'y a que le salaire d'attrayant après 3 ans à temps complet... Le salaire d'entré est le même que partout ailleursJe ne recommande pas

Ótima empresa e bons benefícios horário de trabalho flexível um ambiente tranquilo as pessoas respeitosa diretoria muito boa líderes bons pelo menos enquanto estava lá não tenho oque reclama sai pois pra mim ficava muito longe de casa o custo estava saindo alto pra mim.
