Promocionas si eres amigo de los jefes

Da igual tú implicación y el esfuerzo , al final eres un simple número que no sirve para nada si no eres amigo de los jefes, cuidado con llevarles la contraria porque tu tiempo en la empresa será limitado, cuidado con recursos humanos porque intentarán que creas que te quieren ayudar y nada más lejos de la realidad , solo buscan sonsacarte, calmarte y adelantarse a tapar el problema que sea el que sea de la índole que sea no importa el problema eres tú , así que mejor callarte si tienes algún problema ya sea personal o profesional , mucha política y premios alardeando ser una empresa de integración y conciliación , pero cuidado con pedir alguno de los beneficios de los que presumen ,Una pena de empresa de renombre internacional con tantas posibilidades , sus fichajes o perfiles cada día se acercan menos a lo que quieren vender como empresa , al final es una Empresa más donde solo se crece y tienes posibilidades si le caes bien al/la jefe/a de turno ,si te callas y aceptas todo lo que te digan y manden aunque sea negativo para el negocio!Grandes talentos que se van por quedar congelados en un puesto por años a pesar de sus logros y otros que terminan perdiendo su trabajo a pesar de ser brillantes en sus puestos ,eso de que “ porque yo lo valgo “ en algunos no se cumple para nada, vales si ellos lo deciden da igual tú trayectoria porque siempre habrá una excusa para ti y no así para los que van detrás de la cúpula regalando el oído y aplaudiendo , para esos siempre habrá un ascenso de lo que sea , El poder es peligroso cuando lo manejan personas injustas y que solo buscan -

Had such a great time working on various diff counters loreal is a great company with great benefits they seem to care about their staff on my day we all got a percentage of what the company made each year! Commission was great and the staff sales and allocation were to die for! The training was amazing very formal and always fun.The only thing i would down would be the department stores your working in most of them have HORRENDOUs management and you are forced to sell credit to people all day all long get grief for the silliest things and is sometimes hard to get on with your job from the distraction of the mini hitlers floating around

Unorganized

Company is very unorganized. Thrown to the wolves on start out. Sink or swim. Asking questions is met with rude responses half the time. Then is discouraged. No additional training is offered. Scoring is public to every other employee. Would not recommend. When IT issues arise it's a "wait til they call you" type of situation. In the mean time you dont get paid for waiting for THEIR IT support to contact you.

Ruthless company

As from September 2020 the company has taken very drastic measures to re-structure. This decision was taken insight of the pandemic, as a result the company left it's whole division waiting weeks with the prospect of redundancys and contract cuts. The company exposed a ruthless side to its operations putting it's employees in impossible situations offering new residuals contracts and a complete lack of empathy.

J' ai occupé un poste d 'assistante qui ma permis d 'acquérir une bonne compréhension des enjeux des marques pour l entreprises. J' ai eu la chance de travailler aux cotés d un responsable qui était à l écoute. Ma journée type était de faire la gestion des dossiers. La direction est aussi à l 'écoute pour le bien-être des employées. Le plus difficile est d'obtenir un CDI. Car la majorité des employées sont en stage , intérim ou cdd.

I enjoyed workinf for L'Oreal and had great benefits. However, work/life balance was more often than not had to achieve. Training was not the best either, and pay increases are low so that's what drove me to look for a job somewhere else.

No work/life balance, some upper managers are really stuck up

my job is to help customers find what they are looking for as far as any room in there home and accessories. you need to ask a lot of questions to find out exactly what is it they are looking for. space and measurements are important. find out when they need the product, it can take some time if they are in a hurry. there are some very nice people that appreciate your time and effort and show in there enthusiasm which can make your day.
