Good Place to start
Good Experience for Fresh Graduates to start their career. But when it comes to salary, I think its not good to stay too long in this company. Poor increment and Career Progression.

Not what it used to be...
The company had a better culture before LabCorp acquired it in 2016. Since then the primary focus has been to cut cost to the bone. The plan is to outsource most jobs to Bangalore in the next few years from high cost locations. This is not a place where you build a career but where you end up if you have nowhere better to go.

Good to grow
It's a place that good to grow and a good exposure to how contract research organisation runs its laboratory, very different from normal clinical laboratory.

Productive and terrible workplace
Every day seems normal and is expected to work every day even on public holidays. Low growth and a poor learning environment. Management is biased and boot-licking is common.
