Not what it used to be...The company had a better culture before LabCorp acquired it in 2016. Since then the primary focus has been to cut cost to the bone. The plan is to outsource most jobs to Bangalore in the next few years from high cost locations. This is not a place where you build a career but where you end up if you have nowhere better to go.
