Good Experience for Fresh Graduates to start their career. But when it comes to salary, I think its not good to stay too long in this company. Poor increment and Career Progression.

Not what it used to be...

The company had a better culture before LabCorp acquired it in 2016. Since then the primary focus has been to cut cost to the bone. The plan is to outsource most jobs to Bangalore in the next few years from high cost locations. This is not a place where you build a career but where you end up if you have nowhere better to go.

Good to work

The company was basically testing the milk powder, tomato sauce , bread and food label contents that I leant a lot from the co-workers. The enjoyable part of the job is that the testing that we had done would contribute the safety of the people. It gives me satisfaction in performing the duties.
