The company Pays promoter by commission . Part timers are all service and result oriented . Had to develop fast and concise description to customer and assist them to order a van for same day delivery

Join any other moving company.

Theres a systematic injustice where the orders can be cancelled halfway r route to your delivery and no compensation made. But you can be 1 min late to pick an order and be deducted $8 for an order. The CS and Live chat is buggy and in the middle of your work, you end up being stuck for a good 30mins for someone to come on and assist you for a bad order.


Flexibility to the working hours, which is a pro for all of these jobs.


Bad CS and support for drivers compared to Grab/Pickupp etc

No job security

Don’t feel secure at all, as your job could b e cancelled as and when they like without having to give you any reason for it. In my case, there was ample time to inform me that my job is to be cancelled, as I had reserved the job 3-5days earlier before the delivery date, but they chose to inform me thru the apps, when I was already at the pickup point. This happened thrice. There wasn’t any help you can get.👎👎👎

Fun and free

This is a job for people that don’t like anyone to boss you around and you can travel to different places in Singapore own time own target. Very happy job just that car petrol prices is expensive due to inflation.

Very bad place to work.

Im so unhappy working with lalamove. Firstly not much job available. Secondly they take too much commission. Some day totally no orders. No cpf. I took my own transport and started doing lalamove but i think i will end up in debt if lalamove give low money and all. Some months i only earn 3k after that minus my van rental 1.2 and minus fuel i dont have anything to provide my family with 2 children. Honestly lalamove is very bad and so is their customer service.




No orders, consume too much commission for orders. Very VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Over all fun experience but some unreasonable expectations from management were a problem. Nothing more to say about that. It was a good job. Work days were simple to manage and generally a fun experience with a young staff. However, certain toxic people in customer service management were a big hindrance to the company growth.
