Chinese culture with management directions change every week

Top management team and department head mostly only care about short term results as it impact their own job security. There’s change in directions every week, causing endless work and confusion of the execution teams

Messy.

It's really messy but I guess its good for people who wants to create and mark something on their CV. As a result, the culture is highly transient - people come and go all the time (seriously the turnover rate is the highest I have seen).

good benefits for the size of the company and comparing to other platform and companies. parental leave and health benefits are good and very competitive.

Messy processes constantly changing

Direction always changing process always changing targets always changing. Good for internal mobility but mostly project management and stakeholder management skillsets
