managers are not treated as manager. top management no support .long hours OT not paid as MOM law. benefits are not given properly to the managers.staffs are all tired and paid low

work environment is okay, ofc there are some managers that are bossy but that’s just normal. it gets a lil busy in the peak period, overall a manageable job

Its a friendly working environment. Everyone are working and assisting each other, and required coordination with everybody in peak hours. As to ensure the smooth flow of the job.
