Terrible place to work

No planning. Ad hoc work a lot.Do it at your own risk.No people to guide you along.Work overload and too many thing to follow up.The working environment is lousy, people not friendly.Need to take care ownself backside.

Good company to grow with

Generally , lonza is a good company with great people around. Plenty of rooms to grow and a lot of new things to learn everyday. The culture and the people are nice with less stress. Work load is manageable and bosses are considerate. Colleagues are helpful and friendly. Lonza is encouraging everyone to participate and contribute in their own way.
