No organisation at all.
-My outlet manager was very particular about customer service-which I thought was really good, because I felt that the customer service provided at that outlet in general was so much better than the other outlets.
-Manager was also appreciative of her employees (ie. gave all the employees who work at her outlet gifts for Christmas)
-Gave u feedback on ur work (I felt that it was occasionally biased tho,I felt that the assistant manager was making assumptions on certain things about me that wasn’t true)
-Management could be better tho-manager can appear rude at times when the store gets busy, needs a little emotional control.
-Assistant manager lacked an open mind about differing views, took certain feedback too personally.
