Changing culture in Asia. Slightly below average pay vs investment banks. Flexible hours and working from home allowed for most teams. Benefits are average but improving by providing flexible leave opting for additional leave annually.

As a Manual SFDC/CRM Tester was good to know banking domain knowledge as well -> Agile scrum meetings with the team -> Follow up with scrum master about the product requirements
