This company is not a very good company
I work there for part time and they anyhow deduct salary without letting you know and also they give all the workload like refilling the sauces , mop floor , sweep floor to you just because you’re part time Service Crew in Hougang

Place to cultivate my people skills
My job was to take customer's orders and serve them their food. We were given different roles such as cashier, runner or station master. Due to the nature of FNB industry, there were many things I had to learn on the job. Because of that I used the opportunity to ask my co-workers for help/advice and got closer to them. I would say that the hardest part of the job was dealing with unreasonable customers who would voice out their displeasure no matter how trivial the matter is. However, everything is worth it when there is a customer who thanks you for your service and tells you that you are doing a great job.Waitress, Order-taking in Changi City Point

Productive and fun workplace
The former managers were always helpful and approachable, making it a conducive environment to work in. Having so helps me to adapt to the workplace culture. Great Area Manager
Area manager is very responsible and takes good care of her staffs, while her staff is busy working, she offers us banana smoothies as shes aware that non of us had eaten breakfast or lunch yet. Work environment is filled with lovable and amazing people, who are friendly, caring and good team players. Good job Manhattan! keep it up.
