1.Manage and oversee daily operation to ensure all admin task are done properly . Monitor the P&L. to make sure Budget is under control. Sales according to the forecast and expenses. 2. I learned everything from product, service, paperwork,acct. 3. Management organization very focus. 4.Workplace culture is challenging and Fun - i managed staff from different countries from Myanmar,Nepal,Malaysia,china,India, Vietnam, Philippines,Singapore. 5. Hardest part of the job when staff are not coming to work. 6. The most enjoyable part of the job. when i see my team having team work, and they are performing well happy enjoying working together. and the sales forecast is achieved.
