When i started to work at Marina Bay Sands Hotel in SIngapore.The company and the management staff are very professional.they will always do the monthly review for the staff on how to handle the problem to the guest.
Its a very diverse place to work with different nationalities. You can learn the different culture and history of each staff. Working here is a very answered prayer for me. This place is so huge with thousands of staff and yet the management can manage the welfare by giving a very good benefits to the staff. Its so nice place to work with a very nice people and ambiance every day.
Horrible supervisors, super biased and just fired employees without any notice. Unprofessional at handling situations with casuals, expect casuals to do more work than team members but got paid lesser than them. Being so unreasonable at times of situation. If it’s not for her, I would give it a 5 stars
Basically a Customer Service job. i get to meet all types of people everyday and attend to their needs. I enjoyed working there because there is satisfaction at the end of the day when i get compliments from the guest and shoppers.
