HR is very political and curt

The HRBP is very unprofessional and brought along with her the Japanese work culture which she was previously from. She works extremely long hours and targets you if you are not. Makes curt remarks and prefers to give instructions via whatsapp or communicator. She fails miserably as a leader and as a HR. Basically she has lost the human side of being a HR.

Never a dull moment

Diverse employees profile Excellent cultural exchange and learning Management then was people-oriented CEO then was excellent! Back then, management office was open-door Management knows each and every employee on quite a personal level

Family culture, good empolyer. Good Benefits for all staff. Focus on work life balance. US MNC culutre. Company constantly gather employee's feedback on the business and intercontrols.
