It was okay. I had fun learning and working with the team to serve customers. Need to stand for long hours every day but I got used to it after a while.

Fun

Pro- colleagues treat you kindly Cons-customers are rude and disrespectful towards you for some reason And the pay at that time was $6.50 per hour. Which is alot of work to do for that amount per hour

Hectic

Working as a cashier at McDonald's offers a mixed experience. On one hand, the fast-paced environment keeps you engaged, and the diverse clientele offers unique interactions. Interpersonal skills improve as you handle transactions and address customer concerns. The team camaraderie creates a supportive atmosphere, making shifts enjoyable. However, challenges arise during busy hours, dealing with long queues and handling impatient customers can be stressful.

Ok

Working at McDonald's has been a mixed experience. The fast-paced environment and interaction with diverse customers kept things interesting. The team was generally friendly, making it easier to adjust to the job. However, the workload could be overwhelming during peak hours, and the pay was not particularly competitive. On the positive side, the job helped develop valuable skills like multitasking, time management, and customer service. The company also offered some employee benefits and opportunities for advancement within the restaurant. On the downside, the lack of work-life balance due to irregular scheduling and long shifts took a toll on personal life. Moreover, the job could be physically demanding, with standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.Overall, McDonald's is a suitable place for those seeking entry-level work experience or part-time jobs. It fosters personal growth, but the demanding nature of the work might not be suitable for everyone.
