Lack of support from directors. Can be long hours in a consultant firm. Bad management. Not much benefits for employees, no increments and no bonus.

Great place to learn on the Job

Meinhardt is a great place to learn, as there is so much opportunity to learn from colleagues and and co-workers that are specialized in their own areas, be it Geo-technical, structural, project management, etc. Most enjoyable part of the job is that I can control my time, and allocate them to the high priority job tasks that require my attention.

-Hectic working life with many unexpected challeges -Teachnical knowledge, communication skill , patience and preservalence -Less guidance given to the subordinate and disorganise -nice, helpful and friendly -Drastic changes within short period, unreasonable working schedule to complete the task -Full of challenges
