alot of people there are two faced so it can get confusing in who to trust....there is a lack of resources to complete work yet the deadlines are not extendable

Not a company that really emphasizes on quality. Workers do things with the "suka suka" attitude or "as they see fit" attitude regardless of whether the work done is up to standard or not. There is also the presence of toxicity and gossiping among different groups in the workplace, higher ups should observe for themselves so they can really improve the workplace. Poor communication in workplace and arrogant workers feel like they are of a higher hierarchy if they work longer than you. Workers also do not abide by the company's core values which is to serve to be a helping hand to the community. Instead of properly helping they are complaining about the people that come for help over little things.

Heavily multitasking till near impossible - 6 months’ probation The company needs to have a robust HR policy as they cannot seem to be able to retain staffs. Most of the staffs are hired and fire. Run errands like banking, shopping for items/food for the centre(s) and collection of donation. The higher management usually doesn't recognize and reward the employees who perform well although they seem to take pride in their own reward schemes and policies. There no fair opportunities for strong performers, recognition only given to managerial post

Productive and fun workplace

PT Partial Asst Café Supervisor and Cashier/Server (Former Employee) - Simei - June 14, 2018

Had to attend to customers, stock take and deal with events. Was interesting to work at as I had to work with people with disabilities. I was exposed to the training of staffs and managing the cafe. Despite the long working hours, it was a really fulfilling job.

A job for retirees

A good experience as you will get to work with clients with special needs. You will be familiar with MSF policies and also work closely with social workers. you will always start and end work on time.

Boring place and staff politics very high.

Too many political issues from staffs in the hierachy .Favoritism shown from the Management Board,Executive Director and Deputy Director to certain staffs and this causes unbalance to the whole team.Not a conducive and happy work environment to work.
