Provide a few training outside of working hour, sometime outlet busy and canot have proper lunch break, work under a manager who scold customer and staff and management do nothing about it. Sometime give watches and bag as rewards if hit certain target

Alright workplace environment

i have learnt a lot about the retail industry since joining. i particularly enjoyed the visusal merchandising aspect of my job as well as learning about good customer service and sales in general. it is a good place to apply for if you are looking to join the retail industry.

Learning space

Michael kors is a fun working environment that requires alot of patience and passion to work at. Entrusted to train and groom new managers on board before they are being sent to their own stores.An environment that needs to have good and quickjudgement and handling customers' complaints and queries. Handking staff issues and maintaining excellent customer service.

Tiring, too strict, high expections

Working as a retail assistant at Michael Kors was a different experience for me. It was my first retail job. I have learnt to be more independent and not to depend on my work mates. However, they had high expectations of me which was to know the place of all bags in the storage room in less than a week.
