Faced paced. Most of the times would be busy. The plant is huge. Benefits wise good. Shift pattern could be tiring because fixed shift 12hours for equipment teachnician

Nice salary, stressful working environment

Beside doing routine jobs, the boss requested you to multi-task (for example troubleshooting/repairing machines, writes reports, supporting other sections when there is not enough manpower, training etc)The boss do not understanding the difficulty faced by the empolyee. If one feedback on the difficulty, they will questioned your competency. Worked so hard but no one appreciated it.
