About us
MindChamps was founded almost two decades ago, on the belief that if we understand how we learn, we can find the best ways of targeting and releasing the potential in every child. Our ‘3-Mind’ approach to education, as outlined in the book The 3-Mind Revolution, written a few years ago by myself and Brian Caswell – our Dean of Research and Programme –

Fun & Independent place to work
Written by Principal (Current Employee) from Upp Serangoon on October 23, 2017
A typical day at work will be to manage staff / manpower in the school. Handle parents queries & new enrollment. Previous management was really good. Sold the centre to new directors who expected their children to be given special treatment. The fun element would be the wonderful & bubbly children. Difficult part of the job is handling difficult parents.
Pros
Free catered lunch for staff. 21 Days of annual leave
Cons
Centre was sold to new directors. They expect their children to be given special treatment.
