Endless paperwork ( it’s always added on and continuously had to bring back the work home) stressful environment ( high politics and rules are mended if you are friends of the management team. Exposed to a lot of people of various background and opportunity to socialise. A typical day can be filled with events and outings. Management is average. Co-workers are supportive.
