What is the organisational culture at Ministry of Education?

3 answers

  • Culture of pushing and delegating task to new staff. No opportunity for private sector experience to be incorporated in the management task or roles. Top down mindset. Reporting Officer or HOD assigned to me not sure how to assess our performance and a lot of grey areas in the role and task overlapping with teacher's role (Education Officer)

  • The culture is always the care, the care for students and the care for teachers.

  • My experience in ONE school for about ONE year cannot fairly speak for the whole of MOE.
