I only had the chance to work in the ministry of education for one year because I was working with ADEK but according to my experience and my workplace the working hours were too much especially if we are 4 teachers working in the same place and different grade so students are not really focusing
Basic government work with many collegues envolved in the betterment of education levels of school children. Typical school teacher environment. Lots of opportunities to learn with other teachers and good environment.
Job security, benefits and salary
The general staff attitude towards alleviating the problems is poor. students come to school with their issues but its the teacher's efforts and interest and skills that could help make an effort and make a difference. it is even harder when most staff members are not willing.the admin, appears to be clue less about proper implementation and interacting with staff who can help make a difference, influencing some positive change.too much conflict and little room for positivity and growth.
no support and encouragement.
A really good company and institute to work for. I work Sunday-Thursday and really enjoy my time working as a physical education teacher. The hardest part of the job some may argue is the constant language barrier, however this is easily overcome through a 'meting in the middle' approach.
Theory classes and Practical classes. A scheme is designed in order to cover theorical and practical classes for each Form classes. Extra-Curricular activities. Sports tournaments is organised so as to create interest for students. Co-workers Good Relationship with my co-worker, a good teamwork between us leading to a good classroom managment. Management. Rector is a very motivator and alwas supports us in any activities. hardest: this job doesn't allow mw to realise my dream of building a house, and make improements in my life due to salary. i am not paid November and December (like all supply teachers) enjoyable part: the sharing of knowledge about sports. the good relationship with students and the mutual respect between students and I.
Good experiences in secondary schools.
