You will learn a lot of things here and you will definitely grow. If you are problem solver this will be the job for you. Work life balance is great! Prepare to take on ad-hoc projects.

Terrible company to work for, stay far away.

No career progression whatsoever, stay far away from here. just do not waste your valuable time here. Nothing you do here no matter how hard you work will be appreciated.

Zero Pros

As above, terrible environment, toxic and furthermore an abusive and bullying environment to work in.

By far the worst experience and company to begin a career

One thing you can count on that this is a place full of politics. The CEO is very much a useless and incompetent leader and needs to step aside. No way will the company grow while he is in charge. Whites and Indians get promoted and locals gets left in the trash.

Great Colleagues horrible management

Ridiculous sales targets, Company demands 70 policies in a month. They will discard you once you can't achieve the target.

The oldest FinTech in Singapore

C-level and leadership teams are really deeply into employees' learning and growth which will build Moneysmart group good to the great enduring company. It has very clear cultural competencies that apply to recruiting, development, and business operations so it is a place for whom really align with Moneysmart culture. Moneysmart is not a place for those who just want to experience "How does working for startup feel like". Everyone is given heavy tasks you set on your own from the day 1 and everyone is serious about the mission of being everyone's personal finance guardian.

Frequent Social Gathering

Tight deadline delievery
