Very good company

Very good company with international connection all over the world. Open minded and modern work culture. I was assign as structural engineer when joining, assigned as resident engineer for 4 years. MM will accommodate engineer passion if you work hard on it.

Productive and challenging workplace

Working with Mott Macdonald is the best I've ever have. Experience wise and pay as well. Because Motts got one of best project in Singapore and pays over time which most of the companies in Singapore don't provide.

People Management and Operations Managment

Following are my tipical day at work Operations Management Define service standards and guidelines that serve as benchmark for excellent service delivery thereby contributing towards ameliorated service revenue generation. Implement systems, migrating systems to upgraded versions to achieve maximum efficiency in various operations; spearheading process improvement initiatives. Governance & KPI As a Global IT Service manager am responsible to conduct governance to address the process gaps, I drive monthly governance and weekly Governance with MESA, APNA and EUNA region and address the same with IT head, the governance include operational review on SIP, RCA, Failed Change, High Severity Incident, SLA miss and Cost related update to the management, Track KPI with ITSM process define the scorecard and drive the key metrics impact SLA and OLA. Client Servicing Reviewing the Customer Satisfaction Survey and the based on changing customer perceptions and expectations. Ensure and abreast of changes that can affect customer satisfaction. Discus on monthly people and process related SLA and new process or change related to customer business requirement with Service Engagement Managers. Team Management Managing recruitment, training and selection of personnel as well as organizing, planning, and staffing operations. Identify the team’s training requirement & development needs, designing and developing the appropriate training program and afterwards coordinating appropriate internal training programs. Providing direction, motivation and training to team members for ensuring -

Helpful working environment with good learning process

I have learned on designing headtanks and also on writting a report. Management is good as they response on enquiry asap. I have the best co-workers ever as they are all very helpful and alwyas goes lunch together. There is alwyas lunch time presentations to learn new things and gain extra knowledge. Equal rights and attention and oppurtunities given to a junior level engineer like me. I enjoyed my stay here.

the company encourage career advancement by providing training and courses on different level, including personnal development.

i like much the flexible time in our office, also the office location #^_^#

with heavy workloads esp submission, need to stay long hours in the office.
