Does National Healthcare Group require pre-employment background checks? What kind of background check does National Healthcare Group do and how long does it take to complete?

Yes. HR will send new staff who just joined the company to go for a list of pre-employment check ups. Personally mine took quite long as my urine test did not pass for 2 times, but passed on the 3rd time. Immunisation vaccine would also be administered if new staff do not have an immunisation to a certain disease (e.g. chickenpox, hepatitis B)
