Fast paced and overall friendly.

5.5 days work week. Lunch time might be used to do meetings and debriefs. Probation could be extended due to superior's unable to have sufficient time to train you but eventually will provide the necessary training and full-time job.

There are projects that can expose you to different experiences, and colleagues are friendly.
