Colleagues are nice. Reasonable workload with work life balance. Good leave benefits but very low increment. Limited career progression opportunities.

Suitable for young applicant as medical industry is always developing

Great experienced. First office work related and for sure helps me to be more confidence and meticulous. Colleagues are helpful and friendly. Working environment is good too. No pressure for sure.

Friendly Colleagues and Collaborative Environment

Good work culture with friendly colleagues that are ready to help/teach. Work environment is generally fast-paced but manageable. Mostly required to be independent in work.

Relatively ok environment

Manager with limited knowledge. Everything also ask subordinates to do. Higher management anyhow delegate work to wrong department to do. Cannot foresee big things. Higher management that only see employees mistake and not appreciate effort put in.

Healthy Hospital Environment

Very organized place and modern facilities. Decent office space but laboratory would be quite limited in space. The lounge is quite nice on the 8th floor and staff can have gym use.

Compassionate and fun colleagues

Generally, the staff are compassionate and kind. The management needs to be more compassionate, understanding and fair. Benefits and bonuses are attractive for nurses and doctors but not for administrative staff. It was difficult to get a transfer to other departments and there was limited career advancement.

Great learning place

Lots of learning opportunities with management sending staff for internal and external courses. There are also a lot of senior and experiences colleagues who are generous in sharing knowledge. This organisation provides Birthday Leave and Parent Care leave!

very busy productive daily learned alot from my job and be independent management was adequate workplace culture was good hardest part was the lack of manpower most enjoyable part was to see my patients recovery.

Educational workplace. Productive workplace.

Learned alot of skills at the workplace. Gained alot of experience there. Learned alot about teamwork and different kinds of issues on how to solved them. Learned how to manage your time well and prioritise the important issues.

productive and fun workplace

i work to assisst doctors in the clinic rooms.like taking measurements for patients,cheoprone assiting docts for patients.and some adhock duties.. fun workplace to work with colleagues who are veryenthusiastic everyday coming to work as a team.

new things learned

Being able to work in the A class ward in the Heart ward is an achievement because only 7 people were chosen. New skills such as how to operate telemetry and doing ECG was fun. Also on how to care for patients who went through angiogram was interesting.
