Used to be a good place...

NUS used to be a good place to work until management came up with a lot of initiatives to drive turnover. No replacement for departed staff and the work get distributed to the rest of the team members.

Great workplace, little room for growth

Great place to learn and super supportive environment from colleagues and upper management. Everyone is super smart, which is very inspiring. Unfortunately, there isn't much room for growth for research assistants/associates unless you pursue higher education (masters or PhD) which is ultimately not for everyone

Good workplace

Heavy workload but less manpower due to organisation excellence. Should streamline the processes and hire more people for better distribution of the workload.

Good for fresh grads

Good starting point for fresh grads, quite a number of long service staff who are friendly and provide guidance and advice on complex work matters. Good working pace if you are planning to take part time dip/deg/prof cert as there are exam leave given. Supportive bosses.
