The college has a good mix of international staff and you're definitely working quite closely with students who are bright, passionate and ready to change the world. Organisation is still young so the culture is still not as established.

Okay work/life balance place

Company is being more conservative with recruitment. Have to adapt to work more with less. Have to be fine with changes. Colleagues are supportive and friendly.

Good Work Life Balance

The work life balance is good however not much room for growth. Fun work place and can get to meet people of various culture. Management has to be fair and prudent in their appraisal.

Friendly environment

The most enjoyable in this environment is I have a good rapport with people I worked with inclusive of Finance department and other department. What I learned is I learn fixed asset register and experience high volume of Accounts Payable within my comfortable range. Great exposure in fixed assets register which I can solve the discrepancy due to error in data entry as some assets are classified wrongly eg certain asset are classified wrongly as a result depreciation life span is wrongly calculated , There are job achievement as I am able to solve the problem.

Pros

Meal Allowance

Cons

Too Far, Circle line not build yet
