Poor management and culture
Application Consultant (Current Employee) - Yio Chu Kang - November 6, 2021
The middle and higher management have no grasp of what is happening on the ground. If there's any issue, it's the low ranked staff who are fixing it. There will be a lot of emails asking for updates but none that offer any help. No lead or directions from the managers. You will be expected to fend for yourself. New tasks will continuously come in but there won't be any proper environment or documentation. No OT pay, no recognition, lots of politics. If you're a yes man who is willing to work long hours, be available all the time and not question anything, you will survive here. Culture is really bad, team members don't get along, there's no team spirit, lots of blame game. It's difficult to go on leave and the salary increment is low.
Pros
Stable job, decent pay
Cons
Long hours, bad culture, no leadership

Application Consultant (Former Employee) - Ang Mo Kio - November 8, 2020
Depends on the project posted to. Some project teams are competitive and finding scapegoat when it comes to appraisal time. But benefits are alright, has 18 days annual leave .
Pros
Has company canteen, benefits are good
Cons
Can’t switch project as easily

Work/Life Balance but career growth is limited
Application Consultant (Current Employee) - Ang Mo Kio - August 20, 2018
Work/Life Balance but career growth is limited, Job culture is quite ok, team members can work together and help each other when some one in need. Management depends on PM, different PM has different style.

Great Place to start as a fresh graduate
Application Consultant (Current Employee) - Yio Chu Kang - September 16, 2017
Great Place to start as a fresh graduate. The kind of day you will have in NCS pretty much is correlated to the kind of project you are assigned to. The company encourages continuous learning, and provides endless learning opportunities for the employees.
Pros
Lunch Talks, Learning Opportunities.
