NCS Employee Review

Extremely political

Only those who knows carrying favor will get the good book from the management. Those who focusing only on work hard or work smart will tend to lose out.If you are on contract? Your career is at the chopping board.

Pros

You will still able to get your bonus if you work for 1 year flat.

Cons

Disgustingly political working environment.

Productive and fun

I stayed for almost 7 years in NCS project although i am not a direct contract but i find it rewarding when it comes to project exposure and also had a good relationship with colleagues. PM was eager to give new project in case one just ended.

Opportunity to learn and explore

Opportunity to learn and explore.. Career growth minimal.. Benefits for sub contract employees are NIL. Less Paid Leaves. Team is good.

It was awesome

Had great experience working in school and learnt about life as a school support staff. The school really take care of myself very well. NCS did take care of me well too, will work with them again if I got chance to work in NCS again
