Great place to start off for fresh graduates. Attended their fireside chats at my university and was intrigued by the vision and purpose of the company, so decided to join the Nucleus programme. When i joined, i found that the management is very progressive and visionary. The Nucleus programme is structured and there are a lot of opportunities.

Very poor management. The compant treat the employees like a machines and no respect. I also found that the company culture is quite poor. And I will suggest you not to join this company.

Challenging in handling the staff deployment in PC Refreshment in various location (island wide) and upgrading new soft wares to senior executives level. High expectation from management upon delivery service to clients. Must be adaptable to multi culture from different client departments.

I started the day by looking at my emails and see got any things need to settle. Next thing is to see my daily email listings to see any databases that need to go on site to do administration. I think the hardest part of the job was when a few issues arises and you can't solve all at one go. As for the most enjoyable part, it is something that I learnt can be put to use or learnt new things

The standby duty extremely tormenting for such low allowance, salary low for such work scope, the work load not justifiable for job scope. The company is just for beginners not for long term prospect for people working at low level. Just the stepping stone for fresh graduates in IT field.
