Poor Management and messy management. especially a few director using bad language to the staff.. bias.. u they don't like you they will find a way to get your mistake. Never appreciate what staff doing. Listen to 1 party

Poor management, overload with work

Poor and messy management, not supportive, they not really know well with their job scope.Low salary, but bonus is acceptable. Overload with work as they are lack of manpower.Overall, not recommended to join unless u are ok with work life not balance and work overloaded.

Cruely force staff to work late. Owner mindset is to work late. 5.5 days work but Saturday has to work full day. Anyone go back in time will get scolding from bosses.

Stressful and poor management working environment

It's small company which is more suitable for the newbie. You can grow up really fast over there and peers are relatively more friendly and helpful. But it lacks a systematic management method and you the environment there are pretty stressful.

- Coordination in different task and discipline are so interesting. - Not only coordinating but see to it that shop drawings are complete and relevant for construction. - I started in my career as a draftsman which was i'm always do so even I'm doing the coordination only. - i like so much is the detailing works using the autocad.

Salary low and life/work never balanced

Work start from 8:00am to 10:00pm or even longer. Need to work on Saturdays and Sundays. Sometimes offers you a opportunity to study, sometimes quit it without negotiation or employee's agreement. the management still has a long way to build up standardize management take care of its staff. You can not argue with your senior and even can not present your opinion. Otherwise, you will be complaint to the directors. It is also the hardest part in the daily work.

there is always a room for improvement

company dont have a standard system. lack drawing system and needs improvement. aside from it i think its an ok starting company. site people should consider healthy working environment. some people have nasty habits of sneezing and coughing. people should be health conscious also. site should be precise . some jsut say ok ok submit drawing wthout proper knowledge.
