Poor management, overload with work

Poor and messy management, not supportive, they not really know well with their job scope.Low salary, but bonus is acceptable. Overload with work as they are lack of manpower.Overall, not recommended to join unless u are ok with work life not balance and work overloaded.

Poor Management and messy management. especially a few director using bad language to the staff.. bias.. u they don't like you they will find a way to get your mistake. Never appreciate what staff doing. Listen to 1 party

Overall a good construction company

Its a challenging works area and i am working there hard and able to works in new environment, so i am trying to another challenging job in abroad. I am searching for construction job for my career development, i have also able to work in under pressure.
