Amazing People

The team here is one of the best I have worked with, management is great as well. Only complaint is that Newmark does not know much about mailroom routines and so things were getting missed or left behind because we were under staffed.

The same property that I worked for as jll

This is the same property I worked at with Jll.It was the Thermo Fisher Scientific building. The building and people are great. Newark Grub Knight Frank in my opinion is a better company to work with.

Fast paced, fun environment

Not a good company, extremely stressful, employees are belittled by regional managers, poor behavior is accepted and enabled and when it's brought to the attention of leaders, you become a target for termination!

No team spirit

No raise for 5 years. Building I am stationed at is closing and Newmark is not assisting in transferring to any nearby locations. Never had a review. Get on line safety courses with no follow up on what you can and can not do, but get hurt and it is your fault.

great people, work load and type of projects varied

great people and environment to work in - work can be mundane and boring at times. Flow of work also varies and you could be busy for days or looking for something to do. Management was cool, with exception of growth. No room for growth, which is steering me away. Overall ok if you don't want to be challenged too much.

Could be a great place to work
