Productive workplace

Current work hours are suitable but will be changing for the worst. Change in management is currently having an adverse affect on many employees because of the proposed schedule changes with no consideration of employees input or concerns.

The workplace was awesome to work for but the management was horrible

In two years their was 13 managers quit in 6 months very poor management company very controlling did not care for the employee left out contract employees who will sign on with new ownership never work for this company you will be miserable operation manager.

Beware of Management

Building Engineer (Former Employee) - Alpharetta, GA - September 24, 2018

When I started working for this company it was pleasurable.. then new management came in and the company went to sideways. Management never takes timeout to visit properties or tenants and does not know much of anything.

Was a good company to work for once upon a time ago.

Prejudice and no integrity.

The backbone is in place but this place just doesnt run right

If you have ever read the inmates are running the asylum, this is the real estate, management, and developers version. They hire wrong, keep wrong and promote wrong, promote ridiculousness whenever possible and don't recognize talent.

Fun place to work.

I have worked for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank since 2011 it has been a good experience. I had an opportunity to work with wonderful staff. I enjoyed the professional work ethic. The management team cared about their employees. I fee satisfy with this job the only reason I am leaving this job is I got married and my wife lives in Virginia.
