Decent company to work for. Everyone is stretched a bit thin to be as effective as they could be. The corporate support is great, you just have to be willing to reach out to them. There is room for movement, and have the opportunity to learn a lot of new skills.

Lots of potential and good people

Company cares about the clients needs and tries to do a good job. Not enough resources to go around. You have to be really dedicated and put yourself out there, with lots of anxiety you may fail and little help.

Great place to work

I enjoyed my time with NGKF, my only down fall was the NGKF was able to secure the bid for the FM portion of their contract with DeVry Education Group.

Enjoyed working for NKF. Typical day at work was demanding in working in multiple sites and states. Management can be difficult to work with in some sites.

Not a overly motivating position

You work very independently, which is very nice. My direct manager is lacking in management skills and gives very little feedback, good or bad. Not very motivating.

Pros

no one is keeping track of your comings and goings. You are able to work independently.

Cons

you can't really tell how well you are doing, The manager does not have any meeting with staff or even one on ones, There is no motivating factors.

Good company, checked on 60 plus citizens back branches, checked on building and vendors to make sure all buildings are in working order and all vendors are doing there jobs, Management worked well and other co-workers worked well with all was to work with vendor that did not do there jobs, to see all the different areas and branches in PA

Overall good place to work

A lot of client/tenant interface, meetings/calls for multiple current projects. Not as much financial input as in previous positions. Enjoy working with co-workers. Most enjoyable part of the job is the daily problem solving and shifting priorities, always something new. Don't have any difficulty with any aspect of the job.

Fabulous Manager

I have the best Management at NGKF. They are easy-going and efficient. I really enjoy my time there. The benefits are not so good nor is the pay or job advancement. These would be my only concerns for someone looking at this company.
