When I joined NKF I thought the organization had a mature Strategic Planning organization. At the time they were almost a start-up. However, their vision was a great one.

Able to imput my own ideas on different projects. Create and install my approved ideas. Learned the most current EHS requiments. Able to have some input to third party vendors.

There is no employee with contract personnel. it is impossible to find out information regarding advancement. No interest from the company for encouraging professional advancement.
