Work life balance is clear unless you are committed. Lack of manpower and proper accreditation to run site work. Room for individual growth but must be proactive. Lack of recognition for on site staff

No work life balance. The management dont seem to notice those employees who works really hard. A lot of times youll get mad with project team. Fortunately, all my colleagues are so nice and there are free snacks.
