Even after working under them for a few years, Salary is not any single bit higher than all other New Hire.On the upside they do give 'increments' which are basically re-adjusting your pay to at least match the new, slightly higher basic that is also exactly given to the new hire.Since it's a contract job, do not expect any bonus and not even 13th month salary AWS compensation will be given here so be prepared to lower and adjust what to expect for your remunerations here. For what that would likely be a hectic job (depends on which location you are deployed to), while I cannot disclose the exact amount, the basic salary that a ground level engineer earn here is a fair sum lesser than what a Full-Timer get who skewers barbeque sticks at Tori-Q.This is still an acceptable job for freshies trying to get a feel and taste for what working in the IT Support Industry feels like.Due to the lack of benefits and a not so outstanding salary package, turnover rate is pretty high and the company is constantly ever in need for new hires to fill the gap, so you could likely apply and would likely get through unless you're such an unsuitable match for the industry.Culture-Wise, since people from Nityo themselves rarely intervene or even actually appear in the operations and work environment, your social experience working here would directly rely on your site of deployment and whoever that is taking charge of the place & team.

Worst company ever. Not much benefits, No Bonus, No increment, the Annual Leave 12 days. Bad Assistant Team leader and Team Leader and manager in charge is not fair in staff matters.

Lack of coordination among the staff on diff department

All reimbursement were not process due to lack of coordination between HR and Finance. Their contracts were not properly taken care of. Contracts were the ones doing the task that them as agency should be doing. Very disappointed with how they handle the people after the contract signing. Very poor management particularly HR and Finance.
