Hiring process can be improved. Salary is much lower than her competitors. Jobs are manageable. A lot of training opportunities but no time to attend. You need to have passion in this job to sustain and retain in the organisation. Salary is never able to meet expectations.

Unfair workplace

Management - unfair and bias especially handling employees' well being.Workplace culture - Poor, complaints among colleagues and not willing to help but spending working hour doing cooking for lunch and having fun at work all the time. Office is like night market , talking loudly using vulgarity language in the office but the management is aware and not handling .Totally Unpleasant working environment. Areas learned - working in this company and management, I have realised so-called work balance is more like practising personal habits and lifestyle in the office and highly paid instead of being productive and helping to improve the work progress. Finger pointing at each other. Unhealthy and unpleasant workplace.

Excellent place for entry level, productive and fun

1. Training and guidance for entry level is structured and managed well. 2. Collaborative colleagues 3. Development and advancement opportunities are good 4. Opportunity to work at a centre near to home when vacant position is available

Fun workplace but no job security. Contract ended but do not know what is the outcome of the employment. Not being updated and just resigned without a job.

It was a fun place to work at.

My colleagues are helpful and treats me like a family. I have freedom to do my work. We work together and all the department is supportive of each other. We have strong employees bonding sessions.

Productive workplace

Opportunities to initiate improvement projects and pioneered new initiatives such as meal improvement project and structured an inter-generational program. Management Involved in corporate events, budgeting, community outreach development and management, continuous improvement planning, quality service development and management. Most enjoyable part of the job was engaging residents and caregivers in meaningful activities.

Good people with good working environment

A flexible working hours, contributes in planning, implementing and evaluating the care to be delivered by the health care team. Provides constructive suggestions to raise the standards of service and care delivery. Ensure that clinical items (consumables / equipment) are well stock / good condition to meet the needs of the clients. Maintains effective communication within the team

Team work

I have worked before in the hotels/resorts, merchandising and banking industries, my passed working history in the Customer Service sector have trained me becoming a creative problem solver, responding to customers complaint proactively so as to ensure customers expectations are met. I am proud to say that my communication skill has been built tremendously not only in the previous companies and also during my stayed in the NTUC Health. My job description include promotion support, new product listing and system update, prepares the promotion allocation charts timely for Supply Chain to place order and allocate to stores. Compiles the monthly promotion claims amount accurately within stipulated timeline etc. Good working, healthy and amicable working environment.

The overall working environment makes staff feel comfortable. The management quite down to the earth and colleagues are friendly. They are willing to provide time and resources for staff training.

Gossip jungle

You can be doing accounting and get called to somewhere else that needs your help, not that I mind. But no reimburse of cab/train/bus fares. Clearing up what people started but did not finish. Meanwhile senior chit chats on the phone for 3 hours straight. Have to stand up for yourself on your duration of stay otherwise people will think you are a pushover. Be firm with your decisions on the month that you're going to leave because staff will shrug it off and not take it seriously and try to put you at other location as other job positions available. Nothing was enjoyable for the job as it was temporary.

It is a nice working environment with people who is willing to help and will voice out if they need help. Not emotional in work, able to priorities job across all department.

A lot of room for creativity & innovation

Challenging, plenty of room for personal growth in terms of learning experiences, provides plenty of opportunities to exercise one's initiative & creativity. Strong team of co workers but managing inter personal relationships among clients is demanding.
