Company is good, but the SiteTeam. Fresh graduate should work with obayashi. But working hours are not flexible at Obayashi. Site management team shall be modified and resonstructed.

I learned to be independent, how to produce work even under time pressure and deadlines. my co-workers are all approachable and hardworking. The most enjoyable job part of the job is that you are guided by your superior and engineers and you'll learn a lot specially in site-walk.
