Hire suitable candidates

Disguised 🥸 IT job. Work can be technical.Good workmates, good team bonding experience.Suitable for those looking for a back office role where they can take a role that could be progressively demanding.

long hours

long hours but good team. Remuneration is basic but bonus is better. The culture there is very much work as long as you can, even if you cannot do anything.

Just joined

Not sure how they determine the grade and title. Seems like everyone is AVP/VP, even though some might be inexperienced?Know of a new joiner who has never been in that role before being offered a VP. Hmm

Good colleagues and bosses.

As long as you're able to complete your job on time you'll be fine.Good colleagues willing to help and good bosses treat you with respect.Only downside is the overwhelming workloads and daily overtime.Depends on which team and department you belong to.

Still a long way behind DBS

Good discount with Little Skool House if you are a parent. Lots of system improvement needed, heavy investment in IT badly required. Not moving fast enough.

Great place to gain skill

Great place for networking. Learn how corporate deals. Workplace culture is good (selective branch). If you aim higher, go for main branch. It will be a good training place

Work life balance

Its a mon to fri job, rotational shifts 8am-8pm. we do not have to bring work home or stay longer at home. Management is very understanding as well when we have to take urgent leave due to our family matters.

Little career progression. Good for retirement. Low salary and bonus

Low salary, low bonus. Little career progression. Everyone in department is contented with status quo, good for retirement. Department head is bias, favoring certain individual. only yes-man will perform greatly here.
