Family and close working environment

Working in present company is great as the Top management adopts a family closeness type of concept. If there is a problem, the approach is to discuss and solve it objectively.
Pros
Remembers your birthdays and celebration.Allows some flexibility in work hours.
Cons
Have to take compulsory unpaid leaves.
