The best job I ever had, and wish I could work there again

Fair enough but not consistent

A lot of flexibility and empowerment but things are not organised. Good performance bonus rewarding carries on teams but salary increment for performers has been slow for years. Culture is starting to change.

Productive and fun place to work

My experience at work: - ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly into system (ORACLE) - reviewing all contracts / supporting documents and ensuring accuracy that the terms and conditions are fully complied with - check all shipping doxs are correctly issued as per LC and ensure doxs are negotiated promptly. - check with banks for all payments are received Learning how to use different kind of softwares implemented for payments to be entered through the in-house system to the Treasury for processing instead of preparing vouchers and finding signatories to approve the payments. All were done on-line We have the Indian culture as most of our top managers are mostly Indians. We always have problems finding signatories for our payments / transactions. The most enjoyable part of the job - we have the opportunities to speak with our colleagues all over the world.

the company usually provides bi-weekly lunch talk during lunch time

Cons

working long hours even on Public holidays.

good company - but no structure, your life will depend on your boss

good company with very talented and visionary people in management. However, the companies culture is too old school, extremely hierarchical with out any diversity. While the company grew fast, the leadership and hence the culture has not evolved with time.

Intense Work, Lack of diversity

Pros - growing Company, lots of opportunities to learn, being in agri space it is a high social and environmental impact work. Great place to work for people with entrepreneurial mindset. Cons - Not an easy job, being a fast growing company, it is challenging environment and often unorganized or unstructured.
